Our Vision:

The Vision of Pan American Ministries is to be a resource of support, training and education to pastors and leaders in the Spanish-speaking world, so they can in turn assist those they influence to fulfill their God-given purpose and destiny.

Our Mission:

Our Mission is to resource and equip pastors and leaders in the Spanish-speaking world who will in turn prepare those under their leadership to fulfill their calling, purpose, and destiny as evangelists, church planters, pastors and leaders.

In Summary: Our VISION is to see many leaders raised up and reaching their full potential. Our MISSION is to make that happen.

Who are we?

Larry and Annis Schnedler

Larry and Annis Schnedler, founders of Pan American Ministries, started their missions work in 1965 (after making exploratory trips to Mexico in 1963 and 1964), though Pan Am Ministries was organized in 1977. They strongly believed their calling was to establish a work that was apostolic in nature, that is, planting, establishing, and overseeing new churches, and raising up and equipping new leaders. A cornerstone of P.A.M’s outreach has been a strong emphasis on teaching the Bible and creating strong churches by establishing believers in the Word of God.

International Evangelist

“I’ve had the privilege of working with PAM both in Nicaragua and Mexico and see what an amazing job Missionary Steve is doing. Every place I have been in these countries, you can see the investment PAM has had on building and equipping churches, pastors and leaders. I love working with and supporting this ministry because they are doing an amazing job.”

“I’ve always had a love of Mexico and traveled to all the popular vacation spots, Belize, and Guatemala, but it wasn’t until I traveled to Costa Rica in 2006 that my interests piqued for the surrounding countries. My heart felt a strong pull, specifically for Nicaragua, Honduras and El Salvador, and this strong pull can only be described by being the Holy Spirit…”
